Refund not refunded ( been a week now )
I'm truly disgusted at the service from Mafadi Property Management in Kempton Park.. Esply the portfolio manager Lillian...
A week ago I deposited R2600 into their account for a unit.. I didn't take the unit... Last Monday the agent o was dealing with said that she put in my refund claim and i will be refunded . Its now a week and still haven't been refunded .
In that time....i paid 2 other agencys admin charges ro look for a flat for me but unfortunately due to waoting for my refund I lost the flats ....
Than when I call the office at mafadi... they put the phone down in my ear.. Its now a week and noon and I'm still awaiting feedback
Truly disgusted.. they don't have nice reviews as well ....after I checked them out
I'm literally living out of boxes and walking to work...
I've gotten a lawyer to escalate this matter ... if I had a choice I would rate them minus one
