REFUND NOT BEING PAID!!! WHY AM I BEING IGNORED BY SIYA???

I have been calling Mafadi properties regarding my refund and no one is of assistance. The lady on the phone was very rude and did not help me at all. I paid a deposit and lease fee but did not occupy the unit because I didn't like the condition of it. I've since been waiting for my refund and I dont know what is happening!
