Redeem Haven

I am supposed to be moving to one of Mafadi’s properties(Redeem Haven) and have been going on and off with agent’s for the last two days. I have paid their full money as per the lease agreement and have given them reasonable time to give me the keys to the house but I still am not helped.As we speak I am with my furniture outside and have been waiting to get assistance from the Agent and Supervisor and it seems like no one is wanting to help me. All am asking is for them to allocate my keys or refund me as I dont owe them anything and because I have enough proof to plead my case.

I have been trying to sort this out without including the public but unfortunately I have ran out of patience as I need to now find an alternate place to sleep in
