Really *********** Staff

So 15 March 2019 I send Angela an email regarding the light bulbs that are only connected via the electrical wires and are not actually fitted into bulb holders. She promised to send a contractor who took decades to come through. Eventually he came through on 8 May 2019 and said he would be doing a quote. I don't know whether this quote has been done and when he is actually coming to fix this issue. I then called Angela last Monday on the 27th of May to sort this issue out and to date I have not received any feedback even though she had given me an eta of COB for 27/05/2019. I honestly don't UNDERSTAND why one needs to first complain and chase after you guys before things get done. Can we not have civil conversations and have people do their jobs without them acting as if they're doing us a favour when we pay rent every single month. I'm actually sick, and tired of Mafadi.

I'm unable to study because of this whole light situation and I'm writing soon so this is a major inconvenience. You guys need to do your ****ing jobs or if you can't then get someone who will.

I really want to move out because of your incompetence but then I will have issues with getting my deposit back because you guys take your tenants for ****s!!!
