R2550 water bill , no 1 is willing to rectify

Not us being charged R2500 for water , i thought it an error they will fix it but no is a real thing , tried contacting pumzile thought she will assist but no she just ignore us , contacted Tonde he only said the reading are correct , how when i don't even have a linkages in the house , I paid R700 last month then this month tried reducing but no the water just keep on hiking is a good thing that my kids have finished writing , am out of here , before they come and remove my door , because ain't paying R2550 for the water , people keep away from anything that has to do with mafadi please , even if you don't love yourself this one's they will Push you straight to depression they are not human
