Property Management from Hell.

Go right a head and rent from this horrible property agency if you want a headache for your entire lease period. I moved in to Rand President in Randburg and the kitchen sink wasn't installed so I couldn't wash dishes properly for the first week. Makes no sense cause the apartment was vacant when I went to view it so they knew long in advance I'm moving in the next month. The amount on the invoices do not match the amount from the company that measures the water and power. For atleast 3 months we had no water, sometimes there wasn't hot water. They are not responsive via telephone or email. They once had the audacity to send four guys in overalls to my door to demand rent that I paid which is ************ and so ******* and ********. The accounting department is a joke, they kept my deposit when I left. They need the housing tribunal, they operate with zero professionalism or integrity. It's disgusting.
