Promising at first, disappointing in reality.

Mafadi Property Management does not even care about their tenants, only when you are looking for a place at first they pretend to care and promised to take care of things. I am staying in one of their units in Florida. Its a year now without a geyser and the state of the unit is very bed and I pay every month without fail. I send the countless emails and messages but they will just say they will forward the email to the person who is responsible of that flat to call or look in to it and that's it and never come back to explain what is happening or what is going to happen. They send me a list of things that where going to be done in my unit when I moved in and now it's a year pass nothing have been done.
