Probably the Worst Property Management agency on the planet - HONESTLY

The absolute WORST property management agency I have ever dealt with. I would go as far as to say, if you are thinking of buying a new property and you find out that Mafadi are the Property Managers, it's enough to not buy in that complex/that property. The customer service is ********** if you ever get through to someone that is, and when you do there's a distinct carelessness that they treat your issues with even though they manage your high value asset. Out of the 4 property managers we had over a 7 year period, Mafadi was the worst. They were the root cause of my property sale taking weeks longer than it should have and they took almost an entire month to pay me my levy refund back after the sale and transfer were complete. Seriously, avoid having this company manage your property at all costs! And trust me, it WILL cost you.
