Classic forget about you once you sign. Hike your rent with no notice even if it’s a breach of contract, add random things to the invoice and never correct or respond, send contractors out on Sunday nights for non essentials, never answer your emails, only send generic robot messages. Representives are worse than home affairs employees. Ended up going above them straight to the land owner just to get they things done. They basically exist as a black hole to suck your money communication.
