Power cut! Lack of maintenance! No care whatsoever!

The experience I have received here has been hell! I have been experiencing financial constraints due to loss of income. I have communicated my difficulty in paying and have been paying more than 50% of my required rent amount every month. According to your so called website we will be taken care of if we state our situation, clearly false advertising on your part! Even after sending proof of payment as required and communicating with "said agents" regarding my situation. My power is being cut and I am left in the dark for days whilst begging them to switch my power back on. I lose money and am unable to perform my day to day obligations including working from home due to your treatment! Your maintenance is the pits, you take forever to fix things after we have logged it in your so called maintenance book. You really treat your tenants like trash, and have no care and passion for them! Really the worst!
