Potential new tenant treated like a burden

2nd viewing appointment finally happened ,the building manager was not expecting me, the ad I initially app**** for not true, im now following up on the lease, the request I sent to multiple agents including a supervisor no one gets back to me just blue ticks. Is anyone else for the property in Kenilworth able to assist,
