Possesions damaged from leaking sewerage pipes in roof.

<p>In December 2016 our flatlet was in one of Mafdis properties were drenched in water from damaged pipes and in the ceiling the first incdent in December we wer able to use bins and buckets. The second incident in December we were innundated with foul smelling brown water, During this occasion we were unable to stop the water. The water has damaged our goods. The water seaped from the roof on to my side bed table and on to my bed. My wife has slipped and hurt her head ear and foot.The persian carperts were drenched and are stiif and discoloured, shoes bed side radio and my cell phones were wet and when the electricity shorted out damaged the charger circuit of my Iphone, my Nokia is dead. The plumbers have beedn here and have been draining the pipes. On Wednesday the plumbers arrived to unblock the drains. They did not notify the occupent above to not use the toilet, and they did and our beds linen were drenched in in sewrage the room smells and they have not offered us a replacement flat. That is suitable. I have now become ill from the dirt. I had to employ someone to assist in cleaning up. I have dealt with a Yolanda Stander but she fails to respond to my calls or assit financially with damages. My damages exceed R 28000.00</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
