Poor services from Mafadi

I not happy with services from Mafadi. Our lights in the lounge, toilet, kitchen, passage and outside are not working. I have let the caretaker know and i sent pictures to him but nothing has been done. The lights have been out since 2 weeks before Christmas. I suspect a loose connection to our meter which was recently replaced. I send an email to management with no response.
