Poor Service

We do not get the service that we paying for.We spent the whole month of May without Hot water but the water bill came with a usage of Hot water when you ask they all do not know the caretaker Ofentse Mohapi, Clients Account Management Lyle King they all do not know when you enquire with Ismart Remoting Services they saying ask Mafadi no one is willing to give answers. Their maintenance is very poor I have a basin that is broken I have been waiting for feedback even now
