Poor service

I app**** for a place at Palm Springs and got approved but the run around I have to do with the agent to pick a unit is just ridiculous it's like you have to beg them to stay there but then you will be paying, every time I had to go pick a unit she's busy but agreed for that day, it's so unprofessional and alarming that there is only one person to assist. After reading these reviews I feel like it's a blessing in disguise that I couldn't select a unit.
