Poor service

I would give them zero If I could. The service I'm getting is the ghetto. Ive moved in month end of March and I do have hot water the caretaker doesn't assist me in anyway I don't even have a sink prop!! I honestly regret coming here. There's only one lift working, the biometric system isn't working a mess nje. Don't bother coming to Bjala square. Even the manager's email address provided on my contract isn't working NOTHING IS WORKING!!!!!
