Poor property management and abuse at Mafadi property management

I am experiencing poor professionalism and abuse. My lease is incorrect, I get incorrect statements on a monthly bases, when I report broken things there is no reply. When I call to discuss my lease they hang up and ignore my emails. Lately i visited their offices and explained they noticed that things were incorrect and did not fix them. One of the agents tells us to **** up when we speak. I have held my rent back because my invoice is incorrect and o asked them to correct it they refused but when I pay money that does not reflect on my statement they are okay with that (query laundering). Right now they switched my water off because my statement is incorrect and they cannot explain why, they just expect payment of any amount
