Poor property management

I am a tenent of cranborough mews complex managed by mafadi. I have since had a drainage problem since last week the toilet and bath not working I reported to the building manager after failed attempts to get hold of property manager the building manager promised that plumbers will come to solve the problem on Saturday meanwhile had to stay in the place where toilets and bath are not working sartaday no plumbers came on Sunday I decided to call a private plumbers at my cost to solve the problem. The problem was temporarily solved on Monday the drainage was blocked again I tried to call the property manager unsuccessfully again I called the building manager to inform him he said the problem will be solved up until now the problem is solved I am frustrated I cannot afford to pay for a plumber again
