Poor management services

Poor management services. Do not allow them to manage a rental agreement between you and the tenant. They collect their management fee from month to month and don't care if the the tenant pays up the remainder of the rental due or not. They run a promotion if you own investment property they can manage it on your behalf. However tenant lives 2 months where they collect rent and you get nothing in return and they charge a finders fee and deposit. Please do not do business with them.
