Poor maintenance

I moved in at craftsmanship Maboneng in February and Mafadi advised that the shower toilet and basin would be fixed before I move in I’ve been sending countless emails without any assistance and no one is coming to fix the bathroom, the taps are leaking and I can’t even bath, I’ve spoken to management and no one seems to help, the contractor came and told me that I need to buy the material to fix the bathroom, this is ********* practice to request a tenant to fix showers pipes and everything when I had reported these things before I moved in , I am now out of strength trying to resolve this issue can I please request for a room that has livable conditions or please reimburse me on my deposit
