Poor communication and service(Midrand Village)

This is the worst management company that any estate, complex, or apartment building can work with, they do nothing and actually enjoy seeing the owners' properties lose value. The owner doesn't seem to care because he appears to be employing fewer people and overworking them. They don't respond to emails, they pay service providers and monthly bills late if they decide to do so that month, they're rude, this is a no-go area, please don't associate yourself with them, and run as far and fast as you can from them.
