Poor and very ******** management.

Poor management altogether. I moved into their property early January this year, the windows were not working, the bathroom door has no handle and the floor tiles are damaged. They told me to move in so long and promised me it would be fixed immediately but till today nothing has been fixed yet I pay my monthly rent. To top it all, now my geyser burst yesterday and u reported it immediately and I was told the plumbers would be here early in the morning but till now I am still waiting, each time I make follow ups I am being told the plumbers had to attend to other emergencies, is a geyser that burst not an emergency? I am shocked and furious.
