If I was you I would stay as far away as possible from Mafadi. Besides being negligent in the way they operate their business, they abuse their tenants and bridge their contracts as they please. They have no regard for human rights.

They have no regard for people or the law. They operate like a ****a shop sending people to your unit with no identification or written notice. One just has to guess that they are Mafadi associates and take their word for it. I mean...How safe is that? I guess if that's the case anybody can run up on you and say they are from Mafadi. I have never in my life came across such a terrible service and unprofessional-ism. I bet my daughter can run a better company as young as she is.

Mafadi costed me money and have been ducking me about it. I have been in communication with a Tendai Morulani whom I have to constantly call and email for feed back. Apart from avoiding the #PARMESAN issue and costing me money, they send they little goonz to try shake me down yesterday. And unfortunately for their goonz they tried shaking down the wrong guy yesterday. I stand for what I believe and what I am due. Don't get it twisted. As nice as I am I have my limits and would never stand for no disrespect.

Mafadi takes advantage of people and do as they please. Make promises they never deliver on. I wouldn't even waste my time if I was you.
