payback my deposit

I am really flabbergasted about this company's service,I vacated their President Place apartment premises on the 1st of October 2021 and l was told that l was going to get my deposit after 21 working day,have been calling doing follow ups to no avail....I need my deposit back please l am tired of sending emails and calling
