Pathetic security at Bjala

I stay at Bjala in Jeppestown. I was told that the building is under construction (4 months ago). Bathtub is broken, doors broken, bulbs not working, door handles broken. I go to work leaving my unit not locked. As if I don't have much problem with that flat, securities made it worse. I came with my sister n her 1 year child at 21:30 n the security told me no sleepovers after 21;30 yet my lease says from 22:00. She refused profusely that I had to go book for my sister n her child. At Bjala u can not sign a sleepover if Sam the caretaker is not around or u have no airtime to call him. Securities will tell u to call Sam to approve. If u got no airtime they don't sign u in. Like what kind of business is this?? So I should call a caretaker to approve a sleepover like seriously?? N Ur security company is beyond nonsense. I paid my rent and they still came n changed the locker n I told them I paid!! Yoh I am moving out shame. No wonder many rooms are empty!!! What a pathetic service u render to your customers.
