Pathetic and atrocious service.

I recently moved to Mafadi Properties in Central Park Kempton Park. The experience has been extremely bad. From day 1 I have reported the curtain rail to the manager and agent and 16days later it's not fixed, I'm unable to put a curtain. The toilet has been leaking since day 1.My elelectricty tripped yesterday and until today the matter is not resolved. The building manager's is useless and has atrocious work ethic. He doesn't even take calls instead he is busy drinking while I am sitting in the dark for 2 days.
