Palms springs horror

I have been staying at Palm Springs for the past 3 months and I must say this place is ****py. Firstly, before I moved in a Mafadi agent (Tshepo) **** to me and said I could use the outside area as a patio, hence the ground floor is a bit more expensive than the other units, brought my outdoor furniture and was told by the building manager to remove the furniture or else he would remove it for me, I asked him to give me time as removing it would cost me. 2 days later I woke up to my furniture gone, no warning, no email, no letter, nothing. One of the cleaning guys told me they had to remove it. To date I still don't know where my bench is, I mean that's theft right? I had posted a review before about this issue and the MD, Joshua Green, told me to remove the review, he will assist me, to date nothing has been done. Now there is always one problem after the other here, we can go days without water here because they just not bothered to pay their bills. We have a ****roach issue and now I have rodents in my apartment, was told to sort it out myself, I have kids and can't be throwing rat poison and putting up traps. I have had to chase 3 rats in this apartment, now I have another again. Just in a space of 2 months, imagine my lease only ends in July, I mean we might as well get cages for them and make them our pats. Renting here is a waste. Ground floor apartments are more expensive than the other floors but there is really no other benefit of being on the ground floor instead you get rats. The gate seldom works, so safety is at Zero. The security guards and the cleaners are good people, that's the only upside, everything else is at zero. These apartments are cute, I must say but who wants to live with rats and roaches and an angry building manager ?
