Overpriced, broken down, ROACH infested Mafadi Trejon flat

Do not move into Trejon flat!!! Mafadi is useless and ***********. This guy Tonde Mangena has such a filthy attitude, and needs to be dealt with. The lease that we sign says that we must see to all maintenance issues ourselves. The stove, the electrical appliances, blocked drains, broken doors, and even the garden services. From the time we moved in our drains were blocked and our electrical appliances were faulty. We waited just under a year for our oven to be fixed. The gate for our vehicles to go through has been broken more than it has been working. Then when it is finally fixed we get told to pay R250 for a new remote which we already paid for. Our washing has been ****** off of the line because the flat is now open for anyone to come and go as they please. The worst part about this overpriced, broken down flat is that it is infested with roaches. We have bought so much insect ****er and insect foggers but it doesn't work, because all the other units are infested with roaches. Don't move in this flat as long as it's run by useless Mafadi.
