Overcharged Rent and No Accountability

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way billing is handled at this property. After moving from a bachelor unit to a one-bedroom unit, my statements incorrectly reflected both rental amounts, utilities, and water charges for both units at the same time, resulting in an absolutely unreasonable and inflated balance.

Although my statement was amended in January, an additional R1,000 charge was added with no explanation whatsoever. I emailed Dimakatso, who is responsible for sending out statements, requesting a proper breakdown and clarification of this charge. My email was completely ignored.

It is unacceptable to overcharge tenants, add unexplained amounts to statements, and then refuse to respond when legitimate queries are raised. This shows a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism. Tenants should be extremely cautious and carefully review their statements if they choose to stay at this property.
