Over 3 Months just to Pay out your Deposit

I regret the day i ever signed on the dotted line to be a tenant with you guys. i have never in all my years of renting properties have i ever met such rude, lying, and ill-mannered people. Even now i have moved out but still.

i moved out of your property in March till today haven't received my deposit back, you call in and speak to Lucky Ndlovu (OMG don't even get me started on him) if its not the excuses its **** promises, i have sent him numerous emails no response, finally get him on the line he then tells me he has been on site and hasn't responded to emails, u are on site and haven't opened your emails in over 2 months come on.

I should have looked you guys up before moving in as clearly service delivery is your weakness, but we grow and we learn thank you for this experience at least now I know whoever I come across wanting to move into Mafadi properties I will advise them to look elsewhere
