Not getting assistance From my account
I had an account in arrears in October 2019 and paid it 2 days later, come to find out that it's still on the system that I owe Mafadi... I have been trying to contact them to remove this amount that I had paid because I cannot rent anywhere else because it shows in the rental system that I owe... I have tried to contact sphiwe via email but all he does is ignor me, he is the accounts manager of Mafadi... It's been over 6 months close to a year but I'm still struggling.... When I call him he tells me that he cannot do anything about it yet it's his company that put me on the system saying I owe.... This is really unacceptable and unprofessional of Mafadi

20 Jul 2020, 10:00Your rude accountant Sphiwe finally responded after your reply but he is not assisting me... Instead, he is telling me it's ******* to get my own accounts on my previous rental.... I don't rent with Mafadi anymore but I still owe, according to the accounts... This is inconveniencing me because I cannot rent anywhere else... He is rude and doesn't want to help me in any way... If only I could attach our chats, I asked him a simple question as to why my account with you guys still owes but he still says he cannot answer that, a whole accountant... Can I get someone else to help me or higher management because this is very unprofessional and unacceptable....
