No service at all

Since day 1 when they started "managing" our complex, you get no service from these people. You can mail them, use their so-called logging system but you get no replies or answers from them. It's been 2 months with no resolutions. According to their website service excellence "Communication" & "Cutting Edge Technology"...... WHAT communication when they do not respond. Cutting Edge Technology that does not work.
