Good day,
I am disappointed that so many developers entrust their new developments to Mafadi Property Management.
I have tried contacting their offices, whereby they keep taking messages and never call back. I have also tried to directly call Lucky Manyike continuously for 2 weeks to no avail. His voicemail is full, he doesn't respond to calls.
If it happened in a 24 hour period, I might understand that there could be obstacles, but for over 2 weeks I have not been able to get a hold of them. This is extremely unprofessional and I feel that these properties should not be solely rented under their management.
