No sense of urgency
staying at Tower house has become a misarable exprience ever since Mafadi took over and it seems the only way to get action from them is to come on to HelloPeter
we have had no water since saturday and some units without electricity. We have received no communication on the progress or whats happening and what the solution can be
Some part of the building was on Fire on Monday morning and with no water i shudder to think what could have happened if i had not informed the guard on duty of this .
Additionally upon engaging with city power i was informed a call was logged regarding our low votage issue which is the main factor in regards to the water and electricity issies was done on Wednesday morning after the building has been having issues since Saturday The absent sense of urgency from Mafadi is not surprising when it comes to fixing things in the buidling

CoJ at fault once again fir disconnecting the building for no reason!
Amazing how you're quick to blame Mafadi but not your local Municipality!
It's all since been fixed with no thanks to Council bur rather dedicated Property Managers who spent hour at CoJ trying to get them to restore power and water.
