No respect to tenants.

Worst place I ever rented in my entire life is mafadi property at cosmos city. Even today I'm still asking myself how they came up or charge the water bill and I can see many tenants they are complaining about their water bill. Two weeks we spoke to Phumzile about this ridiculous water since she promised to investigate even she today the Detective is still investigating. Mafadi u have no respect to tenants and I will need my deposit back cause I want to move out from this ******* place.

I don't see why I have to pay over R6000 for this nonsense. Every month the water bill goes up while I only use water to bath and cook only as I don't do laundry and during the day there's no one we only come from work late.

Since I even reported a faulty geyser and rotten walls three to four month back even today they are on their way to come and fix.
