No refund of deposit
I stayed with my partner at Mafadi in Solly saches house for a year. Prior to moving in we paid a deposit and first month rent. The lease agreement we signed was for a year and after that period we decided to move. That's when the madness began. The caretaker inspected our room and we signed a form stating that everything was okay. He promised that we will get our deposit but now they are giving us the run around with our money. Stating reasons like we broke our lease but its not truth. I will never live in their apartments ever again!!!
