No communication regarding refund of Deposit

It has been over 22 working days since I moved out of Central Park Flats (apartment 251) and trying to liaise with Lucky Ndlovu has been the worst experience. He initially told me to resend my notice to vacate and bank confirmation letter which I have now done on several occasions and still have not received my deposit. I find it quite funny how when they want their rent they want it now however when its time for them to return your deposit they act they you owe them money.

10/10 would never recommend anyone to live there.
