Nightmare residing at The Bridge-Kwamashu

They dont even deserve the one star.I bought a Unit in The Bridge Complex last year and moved in July 2023.I was informed that for dstv connectivity I only have to use their Installer/Tech which I did.We were then told there seems to be a problem with the way in which it was set up in my Unit however they would provide a Temp solution of which I agreed.We then followed up with Madiba and he told us to escalate the Matter to Leeann as he was on a project and no longer based at The Bridge.Today when I followed up with Leeann she denies everything and tells me that They are not responsible for the fact that there was an issue with my Unit.The Bridge is the worst place to ever reside in.When you have an issue you are advised to contact Leeann who ignores mails or is rude when you seek assistance.My kids visit me over the weekends and having a toddler run around the tripping hazard is not safe but Leeann is unbothered and blames me for an issue with the Unit.I do not even know how to get help with this issue.You would swear one is staying at this place for free and doesnt even contribute towards levies based on the treatment one gets.There is no network the noise levels you would swear its a Hostel.We were obligated to sign Terms and conditions to adhere to but clearly rules only apply to certain people because when you complain you are ignored.
