I'm here again with my 3rd review hoping for assistance after this

Recently moved into a unit Kenilworth Boulogne court endless issues but im being billed for the previous tenants unpaid rent. a total of R9400

When contacting the agent who assisted with my app his not responding and the billing agent just keeps on sending invoices ,the stories are all changed from what I knew.

Please assist I am also in customer service and this is disgusting
