Most Useless Property Management Company - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

If i could rate this company a minus i would. I bought property at the Rockerfeller hotel last year and they UNFORTUNATELY use Mafadi as a management company. I have sent numerous emails after receiving bills that my levies are not paid. I have spoken to Samantha who was meant to get back to me and she never did. This is insane. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to not even my worst enemy. Can someone please advice what on earth is going on - and how to get in contact? I have called the office and asked to speak to Samantha, I get transferred and then the goes rings and goes to voicemail . I need my account with Rockerfeller sorted please! being changed overdue fees for accounts that should be settled as part of management of the property by Mafadi. How i wish i could get a different company to manage my property..
