More than 3 weeks to receive financials.

On the 5th of May 2025, I requested for the financials of the complex managed by Mafadi, from Henry, i did not receive it. On Friday the 16th of May 2025, i sent a reminder again as this is urgent, no response. I only received the response on the 19th of May 2025. When that response came, it was financials from 2022. Why cant i get the latest financials? I sent an email yesterday to request for latest financials and not ones from 2022 but i am still not receiving joy. Worst experience ever, because when you call you receive a cold reception as though your request is not reasonable. I would never recommend Mafadi because of how short they fall from being professional.
