My husband is still in a coma and im waiting for my UIF which is taking long to pay. I decided to pay my rent with an extra amount of R3300 when moving in. Till today Mafadi, im waiting for an explanation on what happened to that R3300.

Im being invoiced R900 monthly for water and because of this and because they stole the rent money I paid, my account is in arrears and they have sent a letter which says legal action will be taken and I should pay for their lawyers.

My account was only supposed to be in arrears this month only but cos they are *****ing, my account was in areas immediately after I paid more for rent than what I supposed to.
This is how things work at Mafadi. You go onto property websites and filter searches according to your affordability and apply, get approved and move in. After moving in, the amount you agreed on changes hun, you will definitely pay an extra R1000 on whatever deal you have with them.

I owed them R1000 cos I could no longer afford paying what they demand and they cut off my power. Me and my kids had no electricity and they won't switch it on till you pay.

Me and my kids are busy looking for a place after staying with them for three months, move in and you shall see cos we all crying about the same thing. They will black list you demanding this money, where will you move to after living with them?

Im very disappointed guys cos after paying R900 twice, and husband being in ICU and UIF taking long to pay. I realized that since these people send a group of man to throw you
and your furniture out on the streets if you dont pay and since they cut off electricity, i spoke to my neighbor and asked for help cos im still a bit fragile as I've just given birth.

I asked my neighbor to help me carry water from the tap that the whole building uses. Neighbor didn't have problem cos he saw that im going to be homeless very soon with the babies cos of the water bill. We carried water guys from the tap outside thats used by the whole building & did laundry outised using that water. I didn't even touch the hot water while washing dishes???? and my daughter and I took only one bath which we shared together. We did this guys cos we have a problem; the person who took the apartment for us is in ICU and im waiting for UIF, we did this to avoid being evicted.

However the devil Mafadi doesn't sleep cos this month after doing all this, when I showed the people who helped me carry water daily that I was invoiced again a bill of R900 for water, they nearly fainted out of disbelief.

Caretaker says there are no leaks and is even ashamed to talk about this cos he knows its just me and a 2month old baby and a three year old. Weve never had a visitor since moving in.

Apparently the owner is 32, white and from Israel. Imagine what would happen if he was to be delivered to his victims. Im even scared to picture what black people would do to this man if he was delivered to his victims. He brags guys about having breakfast with his family that costs 25k. Apparently he emphasizes how the bill of 25k is a bill for breakfast for just one morning. Apparently he also brags about changin his cars as he has many cars. But guys, who is cheap here. A tenant who pays their rent and is ****** and ends up homeless or the man whose 25k breakfast is funded by peoples money that he *****s?

It will end soon. Your Mental health is very important, please remain positive. Im a human rights activist, trust me please, things will change in South Africa guys. You will be saved from this problem. Only five years guys, start counting from 2020. In the next five years, all these problems will be gone so please dont allow these things to bother your families. I have a question Mafadi. Since I'm on maternity and missed a payment and you switched off the lights and locked me out with my babies even though I sent proof that I'm on maternity waiting for UIF to pay
, so whats the way forward because its month end now, I assume I'll have to pay since I'm getting paid.

This is what Mafadi did. Mafadi sends me a water bill now of R1400 monthly. Because of this they have been coming in and out of my home saying they are inspecting my electricity meter cos I'm not buying electricity. I use R140 electricity monthly. I'm a vegetarian and an eco activist. The ****** are confused how im using R140 electricity but have R1400 water bill. That's cos you are lying about the water bill, it doesn't make sense, I live alone with my three year old and 3momth old baby.

Mafadi didn't stop there, I received a call from the caretaker saying they are opening my door to paint my unit. I asked that they don't paint cos I live with a 3month old baby who nurses say I must keep an eye on her cos she might have respiratory problems. The caretaker fought to paint by force and I told them ill be going to the police should I find they painted by force and I was told there won't be a unit transfer.

So when I moved in, I moved in an apartment built on top of a wetland so everything in my home is rotting, curtains, couches, clothing, you should see how bad the situation is where I live. This won't be solved by paint, things are rotting cos I'm living on top of a water. Currently, two items of clothing worth 20k have been permanently damaged. This won't be solved by painting the unit, it can be solved by me being moved to another unit.

So now I don't know what to do cos I was told I won't be moving to another unit cos I don't allow Mafadi to come in and out of my home while not around. I was so hurt by the fact that I don't have any privacy since Mafadi
has been in and out of my home while I'm not there five times now since moving in. What happened to my right to privacy. I couldn't even work after receiving the call that I don't have a choice regarding the decision to paint my unit. I cried and my boss told me to go home. I lost money that day cos I couldn't work.

Don't move in, they even disturb you while you work.

Who would work freely knowing their home is being painted by force while they still living there. Wow so it doesn't count that there's proof that my new born is being closely watched for respiratory problems and you can't paint while we living in the unit?

I'm waiting for your call so you tell me what must happen cos you inflated prices *****ing the money I paid and have damaged our record meaning we can't move out. I'v tried to call many times but no answer from you. I've sent emails as well but I know you will be here 1st February to lock us out should we not pay yet can't solve our problems. So must I pay you rent while occupying a unit where my stuff is getting damaged cos I'm refusing to allow you in my home as you please?

Another question, I'm on maternity but cos of your treatment locking me and my new born out and taking power away cos of late payments, I've decided to cut my maternity short by getting a letter from the Dr and went back to work so I can pay rent. I'm sure everyone knows I just gave birth, why then must I be asked to have *** with your staff members inorder for my electricity not to get cut and my unit not to get locked? You want to have *** with a woman who just have birth inorder for you not to violate her rights?

Before I forget, give yourselves a Bells hey. You are what they call iskhokho. You are violating human rights with no remorse. Like a good old giant walking around and crashing buildings, you are notorious and very big. Untouchable operating in a country of fools, and the way you are so big you have vip access to my home as you go in and out as you please when I'm at work. But there's something you don't know about me. I have a reason why I don't want people going in my home. The reason is, yes I live by myself and my two daughters but I'm a sangoma with a very special gift and two things can either happen when you go in there on your own. You can either have all your problems solved and you don't suffer again in your life or you will die.

The two man who broke in my moms hut where she heals people were found dead a week later. Apparently they were killed by their best friend who hoped to cash in on insurance. A man who witnessed them break in and saw them dead a week later said "so sad people learn this way not to **** with a sangoma"

Hi *******. I waited for your call & tried calling Moses but he has saved my number and doesn't answer. I can't pay for a unit where my stuff is getting damaged. Since you not willing to assist with a unit transfer and should I come back and find that you have locked us out again, I won't hesitate but break the window or take down the door and call the police to show them phone records that prove I've been trying to contact you. Should you switch off our electricity, I will get a gas stove and kindly note it will be the 1st time I'll be using it and whatever happens, kindly note i will show the court that I did try to contact you but you blocked my calls cos I'm asking how you charging me R1400 for water and its a question you can't answer.
