May I Please have my Deposit back plus 26 months interest!

Can I please have my deposit back that I have been fighting for for the past 51 days!

I made the worst mistake of my life by moving into Palm Springs Cosmo city managed by Mafadi in January 2022!

When I moved in, the unit had not been painted, the stove had only 2 working plates, the kitchen cupboard was broken, the bedrooms door handles were broken. All this was to be fixed within a few days which never happened.

I experienced unexplained power cuts which lasted up to a week at times. In december 2022 I didn't have hot water for 20 days! Requests for compensation fell on deaf ears! I eventually moved out on the 28th of February 2024 and after 51 days I still haven't received my deposit. My emails, calls and whatsapp messages are being ignored! I'm really frustrated and I don't know what to do anymore!
