Mafadi you have Failed us @ Bjala Square
Mafadi has failed us💔l am a tenant @ Bjala square l pay my rent as per my lease ,its now unhealthy and unfriendly for me to stay here the increase of rats 🐀 and ****roaches in our apartments is very disturbing l now prefere to use emergency stair rather than using the elevator coz l have to pass through a smelly stinking bins #Mafadiistakingmorethantheycanchew#youhavefailedus#poorlivingconditionsdoorscantsclose the water tape is leaking stained and dirty walls 💔💔💔💔💔💔 l donnoe how many times have l reported to the care taker our walls needs new paint we have rats & ****roaches my tape is leacking

I reached out to you but you haven't bothered to reach out to try resolve your issue. I have spoken to my team and this complaint was attended to as soon as it was received in June, the Landlord did assign a company that is treating the property for roaches and rats.
