MAFADI - WORST BUILDING MANAGEMENT EVER!

Moved into their complex called The Bedford Vue One. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Fights would break out in the complex, men drinking in the carpark, shouting and loud music until 3am every day. I raised the incidents with Kenneth from Mafadi however, he never addressed the issues even with the weekly videos I would send as proof. I was threatened and almost beaten by other tenants because I asked security to assist. I couldn't sleep as drunk people would knock on my door and the music and shouting was unbearable. Eventually I was forced to move as I'm a female and it was unsafe. Now Mafadi is refusing to give me my deposit even though I gave them 3 months notice that I would be moving. DO NOT live in this complex and DO NOT stay in any building that is managed by MAFADI.
