Mafadi withholding my Deposits

I recently moved out of a Unit managed by Mafadi..

BEWARE OF MAFADI. I got a THIRD of my deposit and I really do not understand because I have been reading up on them with regards to how they always dont like paying back deposits but i thought maybe people dont actually take good care of the units..

BUT now i see that Its just how they do things.. I did not even get a statement of the breakdown as to why i got such little money when i dont owe them anything rent wise nor was anything broken /damaged to constitute to that amount being deducted.

Ive called so many times and no response when i want to get through to the Unit Manager .
