Mafadi withholding deposit for things broken before I moved in and more

Mafadi withheld a substantial amount of my deposit. I was told it was for 'painting where the couch was' and for fixing a door lock I had reported broken in my entrance interview. As I know that it is ******* for my deposit to held for 'normal wear', I requested pictures of the area they had painted to prove that it was damaged. I also requested a copy of my entrance interview that lists all the faults that were there before I started living there as well as a copy of my signed exit interview. I am still waiting. It is really disappointing that I need to be complaining when I have always payed rent on time, left the property in good condition and even tried to escalate this with Mafadi. I had asked the building manager if he had a copy of my entrance interview a month prior to my moving out as I had listed a number of issues and did not want them to cause me any issues. I was told it would not be a problem. And here we are. I would like my full deposit refunded please, you are withholding it *******ly!
