Mafadi the worst

Does Mafadi know that it is ******* to disconnect power to unit without a court order confirming and that the fine Mafadi can be charged can be R120 000 should this matter go to the Renting and Housing Tribunal?

My unit in summerplace Akasia has been cut off electricity without anyone previous communicating with me to make any payments arrangements. Please note I'm taking mafadi 12hours for my electricity to be connected before I escalate this matter forward.
