Mafadi the worst

I am beyond upset with this company, my rent was paid and these guys decided to break into my flat, while I was at work and change my locks. To make matters worse is that Siphokazi did jot even bother to apologize and explain how they got into my place without my permission. The new lock doesn't even lock from the inside so me and my family have been sleeping with the unlocked door for 2 nights now. They not bothering to come and fix it. My safety is really a concern at this point and I just want to get the he'll out of here and never use malady ever again, for someone who has been with mafadi for over 6 years I expected better treatment.
