Mafadi Squandered my Money and Put My Life At Risk | Cancerous behaviour from Sthembiso, Nkululeko and Lillian

Yesterday I received a call from my girl telling me that the light had been switched off, before I knew the door was locked without any form of communication whatsoever. I had to stop everything that I was doing and drive many kilometers back to Urban Village despite the fact that I did not default on my rent. I had to make several calls to Nkululeko, Lillian, Sthembiso but no one was willing to assist or listen to me, they ignored my calls while having my hard-earned money in their bank account. Sthembiso gladly told me that he saw my email but he did not read it. I had to go to the office the following day, within less than 5 minutes a gentle man in the management team retrieved my email and all the paperwork and gave me a fancy apology. In the meantime I've incurred some serious financial costs and frustration, not to mention that my life was at risk because of Mafadi's clutter, lack of respect and consideration towards their tenants, no communication among staff members and every other unprofessional behavior that are exclusive to them. No apology was received from the staff members who were directly involved in this dirty action, I'm bearing the costs of someone else's clutter. Lillian, Nkululelo and Sthembiso are cancer to should be dealt with speedily before they spread more damage across the board. I want compensation for all the costs that I've incurred and a proper apology from them.
